Poo Car

I like the new Fiat 500. It’s funky, modern and is fairly true in terms of styling to the original Fiat 500 from the 70’s. It comes in a range of different colours, too.

Sadly, the owner of this Fiat 500 chose brown as the colour when he bought his car. I can only assume that brown was the cheapest colour option available, as it’s the only possible explanation for driving around in something that looks like a turd.

      You’re correct.

Production ran from 1957 to 1975 and during that time, the Fiat 500 received several design changes and tweaks. The L (Lusso) model was produced between 1968 and 1972 and the R (Rinnovata) model, which was a more comfortable, simpler model than the L, was prodcued between 1972 and 1975. Both the L and the R models resembled the modern 500 more closely than previous models, hence my reference to the 70’s.

Did you know that in Italy, the Fiat 500 was known as the Cinquecento, which was an entirely different car in the UK?
