Had a little chuckle at a letter I read in the Daily Mirror today.
C Lewis, of Cheltenahm, Glos, text them with:
I’m not surprised B&Q’s profits are down. I was treated very rudely there. Firms take note, customers will not take bad service.
C Lewis will be pleased to hear that the dip in profits are more than likely due to the economic climate rather than the fact that he or she will not take bad service.
