I took a considerable time to write a review of a recent purchase from Argos after being asked to do so by Argos, I have now been notified that they will not be using my review.
Apparently, some information contained in my review did not relate to the product, which I disagree with. Here’s the email I received, sent from a nice chap named Martin Keane:

I am sorry to read that your product review has not been added to our website. I can appreciate that this must be frustrating for you and I apologise for that. I can confirm that your review contained information that did not relate to the product. For this reason, it would not be appropriate to add your feedback to the review section.
Argos does not exclude comments regarding product dissatisfaction. We welcome both positive and negative feedback to enable our customers to make informed decisions regarding the purchasing of items from our range. This can be seen on many products listed online.
Please accept my apologies for the distress that this incident has caused you and I hope that this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.
